Fifth consecutive honor recognizes SPTS’s dedication to continuous improvement in accident prevention and employee wellbeing at work

Newport, United Kingdom - SPTS Technologies, an Orbotech company and a supplier of advanced wafer-processing solutions for the global semiconductor and related industries, today announced that it has won its fifth consecutive Gold Award in the Royal Society of Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Occupational Health and Safety Awards.  The much respected Gold Award was presented at a ceremony at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel on Thursday 13th July, 2017.

RoSPA is a safety charity that recognizes companies who have demonstrated a commitment to occupational safety and health for their employees. It is open to businesses and organisations of all types and sizes from across the UK and overseas. A majority of the awards are non-competitive and mark achievement at merit, bronze, silver and gold levels. The RoSPA Awards scheme is the largest and longest-running programme of its kind in the UK, now in its 61st year.
