Provision of high quality equipment training ensures customers get the most from their SPTS toolset. SPTS offer a range of courses to meet the various training requirements of each customer. Courses can be scheduled to be held at our dedicated training facility in Newport South Wales or if required we can come to you and perform the training at your facility.
- Training class dates are scheduled to match the individual customer requirements.
- Attendees will complete a test at the end of the course to verify the learning objectives have been met.
- The courses are designed to give the knowledge required to be able to both fault find and repair problems that may occur with the system.
- A technical training team, each with at least 15 years experience of SPTS equipment.
Operation and Maintenance - Learn how to operate your SPTS system and carry out any process dependent maintenance tasks
Advanced Process Module - The Advanced Process Module course provides more detailed information about the functionality of the process modules. This information will aid the identification and repair of problems after your warranty period expires
Advanced Handler - The Advanced Handler courses aid the identification and repair of the wafer handler after your warranty period expires
