MicroTech 2024 is the Annual IMAPS-UK Conference which will focus on Making a Space for Advanced Packaging. This In Person Conference combines invited Keynotes and presentations from leading Industrial Companies and Research Organisations. 

MicroTech 2024 will provide examples of the implementation of Advanced Packaging Technologies in challenging applications, the development of strategies for electronics design and manufacture and the latest advances of performance and reliability.
