SEMICON Taiwan is the premier event in Taiwan for microelectronics manufacturing. SPTS was proud to exhibit and connect with the companies, people, products and information shaping the future of design and manufacturing for semiconductors, nanoelectronics, MEMS, Photovoltaics and related advanced electronics.

Rutgers Chow, President of SPTS Asia, also chaired the IC Forum on Friday September 9th.The Forum explored exciting topics and discussions around new and existing industry trends.

Richard Barnett, Manager - Etch Products, presented "Plasma Dicing: More Die, Stronger Die" on the 7th of September, at the Advanced Packaging Technology Symposium.
